Our Shopping Concierge is a convenient virtual service via WhatsApp that will allow us to adapt to your fast-paced lifestyle while providing a quick personalized service tailored around your interests, preferences, lifestyle & budget. It is available only on a seasonal basis and we will help you find exciting new arrivals and limited-edition products from your favorite brands and land that perfect gift for your friends and family. 

Chat via WhatsApp with our Shopping Concierge, ask questions about our stores, merchandise availability, sizes, and services. We are here to help you and facilitate your shopping process. Once you have selected your items, you can complete your order directly with the store.

TERMS & RESTRICTIONS

·      The Shopping Concierge service is completely free for Key Club Members. No membership or dues are needed to use the service.

·      The Mall of San Juan or The Big Red Hat Consultant is not responsible for payment services or returns (we will follow shopping mall and store guidelines) 

·      The Mall of San Juan or The Big Red Hat Consultant is not responsible for reserved products (“on hold”) outside of agreed time or clothing pieces with wrong sizing.

·      The Mall of San Juan or The Big Red Hat Consultant is not responsible for Out-of-stock products or products that are not picked up on time.

·      The Mall of San Juan or The Big Red Hat Consultant is not responsible for costs, taxes or any pricing changes upon paying in store.

·      The client must contact the store directly with receipt in hand to be able to return products, claim offers or exchange any product.  

·      The client has full responsibility in paying every product’s associated costs. Articles won’t be handed to client without due payment.

·      Shopping Concierge services will only be available via Whatsapp. Agent will send pictures and information based on client’s information such as: sizing, personality traits, favorite colors, among others.  This will guide agent’s selections.
